Meet the CAP IT! Team

Eyal Rav-Noy

A native of Israel, Eyal has studied at various rabbinical seminaries, and at age 24, he began teaching classes on Jewish topics as a hobby. He later founded JLA, where he has developed an array of classes on topics related to Judaism, specifically courses on the Bible, Biblical Criticism, and Biblical Archeology. Eyal is the co-author of the book “Who Really Wrote the Bible? And Why it Should Be Taken Seriously Again” and has lectured all over the US and abroad.

When he is not working or spending time with his family, Eyal enjoys running marathons and playing guitar.

Tzippy Rav-Noy

Born in Israel and raised in NY, Tzippy has taught and held administrative positions in elementary schools in various cities around the US and abroad, and has worked with kids of all ages for years.

TEAMWORK

Over the course of 15 years, Eyal and Tzippy have taught hundreds of people how to read Hebrew. But once they thought of opening their own Hebrew School, they realized how lacking the Hebrew reading curricula are. So they decided to make their own. Eyal and Tzippy work well together. During a 10 hour car ride (on their way to a camping trip with their kids) they came up with the CAP IT! method. A year and a half of creating, testing, and designing, finally produced CAP IT!
