All products purchased from CAP IT! can be returned within 14 days. Your 14 day trial period starts from the day the product is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of receipt simply contact us at 888.9.HEBREW (888.943.2739) to arrange for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and processing.

All materials must be intact in order to receive the refund. Accordingly, you must return all program components in their original packaging. CAP IT! does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
CAP IT! is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery information.
