  • This application is intended for school and district administrators only. Schools that previously implemented CAPIT Reading are not eligible for this grant.

  • After filling out the form, you can schedule a Collaboration Session—a 60-minute virtual meeting so we can learn about your school or district and give your team a deeper understanding of CAPIT Reading and the grant implementation. Please note: School and district administrators are required to attend the entire session.
