Order returns and terms of use

Return Policy

We proudly stand behind all of our products! All products purchased from CAP IT! can be returned within 14 days. Your 14 day trial period starts from the day the product is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of receipt simply contact us at 888.9.HEBREW (888.943.2739) to arrange for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and processing.

All materials must be intact in order to receive the refund. Accordingly, you must return all program components in their original packaging.CAP IT! does not provide pre paid shipping labels for return. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
CAP IT! is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery information.
Please allow four to six weeks from the date CAP IT! receives your package for the refund to be processed.

If you have questions about how to use the product, you may call us at 888.9.HEBREW (888.943.2739). We can recommend ways for you to use the program.

Damaged Goods

If your order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 888.9.HEBREW (888.943.2739). Proof of purchase is required.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after an order is placed, so we cannot cancel an order. If you made a mistake entering your order, please contact us immediately at 888.9.HEBREW (888.943.2739). Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) became unavailable.
  • We were unable to process the payment information received.
  • We cannot ship to the address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.
