When Natalie Berberian, a six-year administrator at AGBU Manoogian-Demirdjian School, received an email about a "Phonics Intensive with CAPIT" in early 2022, she couldn't have predicted how it would transform their literacy program. What began as a simple email would become a crucial piece in their educational puzzle.

"Before CAPIT, we had conducted an extensive search for the right ELA program,” Natalie explains. "While we found a curriculum with strong texts and resources, the phonics component consistently lacked robust materials and a well-structured scope and sequence."
